General Superintendent, Church of the Nazarene

It has been my privilege to participate in three or more of Dr. LeBron Fairbanks’ training sessions on how to lead peers in decision making. His straightforward approach to leadership invites every participant to feel comfortable, valued, and unthreatened. Dr. Fairbanks’ servant-leadership strategies bring much to a conversation or training session, but nothing is more delightful than the spirit with which he follows Jesus as he empowers people to develop their potential to lead in service to others.
