Prior to the publication of the book, Best Practices for Effective Boards, I was asked to join my colleague, Dr. Dwight Gunter II, and a selected group of pastors on the Kansas City, MO district, Church of the Nazarene, for a panel discussion. The theme of our discussion was “Effective Practices of Church Boards.” Dr. Jeren Rowell, district superintendent, led the discussion.

A condensed version of the panel discussion will be included in the winter 2013 issue of the award winning publication, Grace and Peace . Click on the link provided to view the video clips of the panel discussion. LINK TO VIDEOS

Mega thanks to Bryon McLaughlin, executive editor of the publication, for inviting me to participating me to such an enriching experience.
