Executive Vice President, Indiana Wesleyan University

Dr. LeBron Fairbanks is a servant leader with a passion to see organizations achieve their highest potential.  A lifelong learner, he models the Level 5 Leadership described by Jim Collins, a dogged determination to see goals reached, but with a humble spirit that wants to see the contributions of others recognized.  It was my privilege to work closely with him, learn from him, and see him deal effectively with the challenges facing educational leaders in the 21st century.  His attention to detail, shepherd’s heart, and desire to help others makes him a great resource for any organization looking to move to the next level.
